Pump Structure

High-power electric pump stator embedded thermal control switch. At normal temperature, it is in a normally closed state. When the stator temperature reaches 125℃, the switch opens. During installation and wiring, the two "motor temperature rise signal lines" are connected in series to the stop button in the control cabinet. A water leakage probe is installed in the oil chamber for water leakage detection. The "oil chamber water ingress probe signal line" is connected in parallel with any one of the power lines and connected to the leakage circuit breaker. When the pump-side mechanical seal leaks and the oil-water ratio in the oil chamber reaches a certain concentration, the oil-water probe will send an alarm signal (indicator light on) and automatically cut off the power, causing the pump to stop working. Maintenance personnel should promptly replace the oil in the oil chamber and check and replace the pump-side mechanical seal.

Float switch: When the motor-side mechanical seal leaks, liquid enters the float switch chamber, and the infiltrated liquid reaches a certain height, the float switch will send an alarm signal (indicator light on) and stop the pump. Maintenance personnel should carry out maintenance and replace the motor-side mechanical seal.

 

Technical Requirements

 

 

● YT1 oil chamber water leakage detection, YT2 motor cavity water leakage detection, the component is an oil-water probe. In the absence of water, it is normally open, with a resistance of maxQ, passing through a power supply of AC24V<1;

● WB motor temperature-type protector, powered by AC24V<1, normally closed at normal temperature, tripping temperature is 130±5℃;

● DZ is the internal wiring terminal of the motor.
