The F-series submersible electric pump for blocking sewage and sewage (hereinafter referred to as theelectric pump)consists of three parts:water pump,seal,and electric motor.The electric motor is locatedat the upper part of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor.The waterpump is located at the lower part of the electric motor and has a semi open swirl impeller and volutestructure.A double end mechanical seal and a skeleton oil seal are used between the water pump and theelectric motor.The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal,and each fixed stop seal uses an "O"-shapedoil resistant rubber seal ring as a static seal.The entire pump adopts stainless steel bolts,and the pumpcasing is treated with electrophoresis and spray painting,effectively isolating air and moisture,preventingoxidation,and extending the service life.External current type protector for the electric pump,with F-classinsulation level,and waterproof cable treatment to prevent the electric pump from burning out.

 

Features

Adopting non blocking impeller design: it can maximize the drainage function for sewage containing solid or fiber materials;

High precision motor, high efficiency, shaft processed by heat treatment, stable characteristics;

External current type thermal protector for motor: prevents the water pump from burning out during abnormal operation such as overload and jamming;

The motor adopts a new sealing structure, which has the advantages of good sealing performance and ensuring that it will not be damaged during assembly;

Single phase motor equipped with mechanical centrifugal switch design: solves the problem of difficulty in starting the motor due to low voltage;

The entire series of cables are made of rubber and equipped with waterproof treatment to prevent water vapor from entering the motor, and to prevent the motor from getting damp or water from entering;

The entire series of cast iron parts are made of standard grade gray cast iron 200.
