Pump gear setting
When the pump is powered on for the first time, you need to set the desired operating curve by using the operation mode selection button according to actual requirements.

The digital tube displays the following fault codes:

E01 |
Indicates overcurrent. |
The motor coil or circuit board is short-circuited or has water ingress. |
Replace the pump motor assembly |
|
E02 |
Indicates idling. |
Air blockage or rotation speed below the set value |
Drain or replace the pump rotor. |
|
E03 |
Indicates locked rotor. |
The rotor is jammed due to a foreign object. |
Disassemble the rotating rotor, remove external forces, and reassemble. |
|
E04 |
Indicates undervoltage |
Input voltage <170VAC |
Wait for the voltage to return to normal and resume operation automatically. |
|
E05 |
Indicates IPM overtemperature. |
IPM module damaged and broken down. |
Replace the control circuit board. |
|
E06 |
Indicates overvoltage |
Input voltage > 290VAC |
The voltage difference drops by 5% and resumes operation. |
|
E07 |
Indicates a software exception. |
The pump motor is running out of control. |
Replace the control circuit board. |
|
E08 |
Indicates phase loss. |
UVW three-phase missing |
Replace the stator coil or the control circuit board. |
