Pump gear setting

When the pump is powered on for the first time, you need to set the desired operating curve by using the operation mode selection button according to actual requirements.

The digital tube displays the following fault codes:

Fault Description

Handling measures

E01

Indicates overcurrent.

The motor coil or circuit board is short-circuited or has water ingress.

Replace the pump motor assembly

E02

Indicates idling.

Air blockage or rotation speed below the set value

Drain or replace the pump rotor.

E03

Indicates locked rotor.

The rotor is jammed due to a foreign object.

Disassemble the rotating rotor, remove external forces, and reassemble.

E04

Indicates undervoltage

Input voltage <170VAC

Wait for the voltage to return to normal and resume operation automatically.

E05

Indicates IPM overtemperature.

IPM module damaged and broken down.

Replace the control circuit board.

E06

Indicates overvoltage

Input voltage > 290VAC

The voltage difference drops by 5% and resumes operation.

E07

Indicates a software exception.

The pump motor is running out of control.

Replace the control circuit board.

E08

Indicates phase loss.

UVW three-phase missing

Replace the stator coil or the control circuit board.
