Product Features
1. The pump body is constructed from 304 stainless steel, while the impeller utilizes 40Cr material. It can convey liquids such as slurry, mortar, oily waste, sewage, and manure, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance.
2. The dual-channel volute features a clog-free design, enabling unique performance when pumping mixtures containing solid particles and long fibers.
3. Motor-free operation eliminates electrical leakage hazards, ensuring high safety performance;
4. Lightweight design enables easy portability;
5. Pump oil chamber incorporates dual-set SiC mechanical seals and single-face SiC mechanical seals to minimize water ingress into the cylinder.

Technical Parameters
Operating Conditions
1. pH value of conveyed medium: 4 to 10;
2. Volume fraction of solid impurities in conveyed medium: ≤2%;
3. Temperature of conveyed medium: ≤80°C;
4. Density of conveyed medium: ≤1.2 × 10³ kg/m³.
Installation and Usage Instructions
1. Before operation, the hydraulic motor must be filled with 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil;
2. Connect the overflow line to prevent malfunctions caused by overpressure during operation;
3. Ensure the 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil is clean to avoid damage from contaminants;
4. Immediately stop operation and inspect if any of the following occur during pump operation. Resume only after troubleshooting:
4.1. Abnormal noise or severe vibration during electric pump operation;
4.2. Serious insufficient water discharge or no water discharge from the electric pump;
5. This connection can be directly fitted with a quick-connect coupling. For flexible delivery hoses, secure with wire or clamps. For steel delivery pipes, use threaded couplings for reliable connection;
6. Conduct a test run before submersion. Operation should be smooth with uniform, harmonious sound without harmful noises. The flat quick-connect coupling must not leak oil. Verify rotation direction matches the arrow on the nameplate. If reverse rotation is detected, immediately stop operation and reverse the oil flow path;
7. Verify the flow rate and head specified on the nameplate meet purchase requirements;
8. Conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure no damage occurred during transportation or storage that could affect safety or product performance. Verify the integrity of components such as flat-face quick-connect couplings and discharge ports. If damage is found, promptly arrange for replacement or repair by qualified personnel.
Maintenance
1. Replace pump bearing oil and mechanical seal oil every 3 months;
2. After 2000 hours of normal operation, send the electric pump to a qualified service center for maintenance:
Pressure Testing: After disassembly, repair, or seal replacement, conduct a pressure test on the bearing chamber and seal chamber at 0.2 MPa (megapascals) for 5 minutes. No leakage or sweating should occur.
Oil Change: Replace with clean #10 white oil specifically formulated for food machinery. Fill to approximately 90% of the total oil chamber volume in the seal chamber.
3. Periodically disassemble the pump body to remove accumulated debris from the pump body and impeller flow passages.
4. When the pump is not in use for extended periods, avoid submerging it in water. Instead, place it in clean water and run it for several minutes to flush out internal and external condensation. Then wipe it dry, apply rust prevention treatment, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area.
