Product Overview

The Q(D)X-TA submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: pump, seal, and motor. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump is located below the motor and has a centrifugal impeller and volute structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a skeleton oil seal is used between the pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses a "0"-type oil-resistant rubber seal ring as a static seal. The entire pump uses stainless steel bolts, and the cast iron pump body is electrophoretically treated to effectively isolate air and water, prevent oxidation, and extend service life. The electric pump has a built-in temperature protector to prevent the electric pump from burning out.

 

Features and Applications

The Q(D)X-TA series pumps are small and lightweight, suitable for water pumping in rural wells, irrigation, aquaculture aeration and water supply, garden spraying, and water supply in hotels, canteens, and other places.

 

Operating Conditions

The electric pump operates continuously and normally under the following operating conditions.

● The temperature of the water source is less than 40°C.

● The PH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.

● The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220V for single-phase AC and 380V for three-phase AC, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value.

● The water contains no more than 0.1% solid impurities, the particles are no larger than 0.2mm, and the submersion depth does not exceed 5m.
