Product Overview

The HWG-type cutting sewage submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) consists of three parts: a pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located at the top of the pump and is a single-phase and three-phase asynchronous motor. A double-end face mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor, and an oil-resistant rubber "O" ring is used for static sealing at each fixed stop seal. This series of pumps introduces and absorbs advanced foreign technologies, using an open single-blade impeller. The novel and unique structure has excellent non-clogging performance, can cut and tear long fibers, plastic paper tapes, and toilet paper, keeping the pump unobstructed. It is an ideal sewage pump.

 

Applications

This series of pumps are widely used in municipal sewage treatment, construction projects, hotels, mines, industry, municipal environmental protection, and other places for the discharge of sewage and pollutants. It is an ideal equipment for pumping mud, slurry, domestic wastewater, sewage, and excrement containing short fibers, paper scraps, sand, and other fixed particles, as well as rural irrigation and drainage, and pond dredging.

 

Features

● Unique crushing cutter design, effectively crushing various foreign objects;

● Motor with temperature-type thermal protector: Prevents burning of the machine during abnormal operation such as overload and jamming;

● Motor uses B-class insulation;

● Uses a double mechanical seal structure.

 

Operating Conditions

The pump operates continuously and normally under the following operating conditions.

● Power frequency is 50Hz, voltage is 220V single-phase AC, 380V three-phase AC;

● Voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value;

● Operating ambient temperature 0~40℃, the temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed +40℃;

● The PH value of the conveyed medium is between 4~10;

● Density of conveyed medium ≤1.3x10 3kg/m3;

● Submersion depth does not exceed 5m;

● The solid content ratio of solid particles in the medium does not exceed 3%.
