Product Overview

This series of permanent-magnet sewage pumps represents a new generation of pumping equipment that integrates a permanent-magnet synchronous motor with a clog-free submersible sewage pump. It is an efficient, lightweight sewage-disposal solution featuring a centrifugal impeller and a permanent-magnet synchronous submersible motor, offering high efficiency, energy savings, portability, large flow rates, quick-connect coupling, and robust safety and reliability. The impeller design has been optimized through CFD fluid-flow simulation and analysis, resulting in higher hydraulic efficiency and superior cavitation resistance.

 

Product Features

1. The dual-channel volute features a clog-free structural design, providing exceptional performance in the conveyance of mixed liquids containing solid particles and long fibers.
2. This pump features a stainless steel 304 casing and a 7Cr17 impeller, making it suitable for conveying slurry, mortar, oily wastewater, sewage, fecal matter, and other similar liquids; it offers excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. Multiple protections: overvoltage, undervoltage, no-load, overcurrent, and stall protection (with automatic reverse rotation), among others.
4. The pump section is equipped with both a dual-element SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal and a single-face SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal to reduce the likelihood of water ingress into the oil chamber.
5. The entire unit is lightweight and easy to carry;
6. Convenient connection with F-type quick connectors.

 

Terms of Use

● Maximum diving depth: no more than 5 m;
● The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 70°C;
● The pH of the conveyed medium is 5–9;
● The density of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1.3 × 10³ kg/m³; for electric pumps, the volume fraction of solid impurities in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 3%.
● Three-phase AC voltage: 380 V, with a voltage fluctuation range of ±10% of the rated value;
● The pump must be operated within its rated head range to ensure the motor is not overloaded;
● Requires a dedicated variable-frequency drive: Permanent-magnet synchronous motors must be operated with a VFD and cannot be directly connected to a 380 V power supply.
