Product Overview
The plunger-type hydraulic slurry pump is a hydraulically driven pump manufactured from stainless steel, offering outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is primarily used for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles, such as mineral slurries, mud, mortar, oily wastewater, and sewage containing fecal matter.
Product Features
1. The pump impeller is an open-type vortex impeller, capable of generating a vortex flow to convey thick sludge or liquids containing long fibers;
2. Particle size can reach 50 mm;
3. This pump requires no motor drive, eliminating the risk of electrical leakage and ensuring high safety performance.
4. The entire unit is lightweight and easy to carry;
5. Convenient connection with a 3-inch F-type quick connector;
6. Equipped with hydraulic quick-connect couplings for convenient connection.
Terms of Use
● The pH of the conveyed medium is 4–10.
● The volume fraction of solid impurities in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 3%.
● The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80°C.
● The density of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1.3 × 10³ kg/m³.
