The stainless steel hydraulic cutting slurry pump is a hydraulically driven cutting pump constructed entirely from stainless steel. It features a semi-open spiral impeller and volute casing, paired with an alloy cutting blade, resulting in a novel and unique design that delivers outstanding clog-free performance, high flow rates, and superior corrosion and wear resistance. The pump’s inlet is equipped with a cutting disc; as the impeller rotates at high speed, the fixed cutting disc mounted on the pump housing shears and tears long fibers, sanitary paper towels, and other debris suspended in the fluid.

Product Features

1. This pump features a stainless steel 304 construction for its main components, with an impeller and cutting disc made of 7Cr17 material, enabling it to handle slurry, mortar, oily wastewater, sewage containing feces and urine, long-fiber materials, and other similar liquids while offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. Equipped with a cutting device that can effectively shred debris capable of being removed by the pump;
3. This pump requires no motor drive, eliminating the risk of electrical leakage and ensuring high safety performance.
4. The entire unit is lightweight and easy to carry;
5. The pump section’s oil chamber is equipped with a dual-element SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal to reduce the likelihood of water ingress into the oil cylinder.
6. Equipped with a convenient 4-inch F-type quick connector for easy connection;
7. Equipped with hydraulic quick-connect couplings for convenient connection.

Terms of Use

● The pH of the conveyed medium is 4–10.
● The volume fraction of solid impurities in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 3%.
● The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80°C.
● The density of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1.3 × 10³ kg/m³. ³
