Product Overview

The high-head gear-driven hydraulic sewage pump (hereinafter referred to as the “hydraulic pump”) consists of three main components: the pump, the mechanical seal, and the gear motor. The gear motor is mounted on the upper part of the pump, while the pump itself is located below the gear motor and features a centrifugal cast-iron impeller with a volute casing. A double-end-face mechanical seal combined with a skeletal oil seal is employed between the pump and the motor; the mechanical seal serves as the dynamic seal, whereas each stationary sealing interface utilizes an oil-resistant rubber O-ring as the static seal. The pump shaft is made of 20CrMnTi steel, ensuring robust mechanical strength, enhanced wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and facilitating easy removal and installation of the impeller during maintenance.

 

Product Features

1. This pump is used for draining industrial floodwater, water supply and drainage in construction projects, landscape irrigation and spraying, clear-water pumping in aquaculture, and water supply in other applications.
2. High-head mid-inlet design: By introducing water from the middle, the pump chamber of the hydraulic cylinder and the pump are effectively isolated, preventing the hydraulic cylinder chamber from remaining under pressure at all times and thus avoiding water ingress into the cylinder chamber.
3. This pump requires no motor drive, eliminating the risk of electrical leakage and ensuring high safety performance.
4. The entire unit is lightweight and easy to carry;
5. The pump section’s oil chamber is sealed with a dual-set SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal and a skeletal oil seal to reduce the likelihood of water ingress into the oil cylinder.
6. Equipped with a 2-inch F-type quick connector for convenient connection;
7. Equipped with hydraulic quick-connect couplings for convenient connection.

 

Terms of Use

● The pH of the conveyed medium is 4–10.
● The volume fraction of solid impurities in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 3%.
● The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80°C.
● The density of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1.3 × 10 3kg/m3
