Product Overview
The stainless steel hydraulic slurry pump is a hydraulically driven pump constructed from stainless steel, offering outstanding corrosion resistance and wear resistance. It is primarily used for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles, such as mineral slurries, mud, mortar, oily wastewater, and sewage containing fecal matter.
Product Features
1. This pump features a stainless steel 304 casing and a 7Cr17 impeller, making it suitable for conveying slurry, mortar, oily wastewater, sewage, fecal matter, and other similar liquids; it offers excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
2. The dual-channel volute features a clog-free structural design, providing unique performance in the conveyance of mixed liquids containing solid particles and long fibers.
3. This pump requires no motor drive, eliminating the risk of electrical leakage and ensuring high safety performance.
4. The entire unit is lightweight and easy to carry;
5. The pump section is equipped with both a dual-element SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal and a single-end-face SiC silicon carbide mechanical seal to reduce the likelihood of water ingress into the oil chamber.
6. Equipped with a convenient 4-inch F-type quick connector for easy connection;
7. Equipped with hydraulic quick-connect couplings for convenient connection.
Terms of Use
● The pH of the conveyed medium is 4–10.
● The volume fraction of solid impurities in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 3%.
● The temperature of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 80°C.
● The density of the conveyed medium shall not exceed 1.3 × 10 3kg/m3
