Product Overview
The Q(D)X-C aluminum shell submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: a water pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located below the motor and has a centrifugal impeller and volute structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a stuffing box oil seal is used between the water pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses an oil-resistant rubber "O" ring for static sealing.
Features and Applications
The Q(D)X-C series pumps are small and lightweight, suitable for water extraction from wells in rural areas, irrigation of farmland, water supply for aquaculture aeration, garden spraying, and water supply for hotels, canteens and buildings.
Operating Conditions
● The liquid temperature of the water source is less than 40℃.
● The pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.
● The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220V for single-phase AC and 380V for three-phase AC, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value.
● The solid impurity ratio in the water does not exceed 0.1%, the particle size is not larger than 0.2mm, and the submersion depth does not exceed 5m.
