Product Overview

The Q(D) series multi-stage submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: pump, seal, and motor. The pump is located above the motor and is a multi-stage centrifugal impeller with a radial guide vane structure; the motor is located below the pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a single-end face mechanical seal is used between the pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses a "0"-type oil-resistant rubber seal ring as a static seal. The entire pump uses stainless steel bolts. The electric pump has an external current-type protector, F-class insulation grade, and the cable is waterproofed to prevent the electric pump from burning out.

 

Features

● Small size and light weight;

● High-precision motor, high efficiency, heat-treated shaft, stable characteristics;

● Motor with external current-type thermal protector: prevents the water pump from burning out during abnormal operation such as overload and jamming;

● Single-phase motor equipped with a mechanical centrifugal switch design: solves the problem of difficulty in starting the motor due to low voltage;

● All series cables are configured with rubber cables and waterproof treatment: prevents water vapor from entering the motor through the cables, avoiding motor dampness and water ingress;

● The motor is oil-filled: low motor temperature rise.

 

Applications

● Underwater pumping;

● Farm irrigation;

● Garden watering;

● Domestic water use; aquaculture drainage, etc.

 

Operating Conditions

● The pump frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V;

● Voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value;

● Operating ambient temperature 0~40°C, conveyed medium temperature does not exceed +40°℃;

● The solid content ratio of solid particles in the medium does not exceed 0.1%, and the particle size is not larger than 0.2mm;

● Submersion depth does not exceed 5m;

● The PH value of the conveyed medium is between 6.5-8.5.

Note: This series of pumps can only pump clear water, not sewage or sludge.
