Product Overview
The QY series oil-filled submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: a pump, a seal, and a motor. The pump is located at the top of the electric pump and has a centrifugal, mixed-flow, or axial-flow structure; the motor is located at the bottom of the electric pump and is an oil-filled three-phase asynchronous motor; a mechanical seal is used as a dynamic seal between the pump and the motor, and each fixed joint uses an oil-resistant rubber "O"-ring as a static seal.
Applications
This series of electric pumps is used for agricultural irrigation and drainage, well water lifting, landscape fountains, clear water pumping in aquaculture, and water supply in other occasions.
Operating Conditions
The electric pump operates continuously and normally under the following operating conditions.
● Submersion depth not exceeding 5m;
● Conveying medium temperature should not exceed 40℃;
● pH value of the conveying medium is 6.5~8.5;
● The volume ratio of solid impurities in the conveying medium does not exceed 0.1%, and the volume ratio of solid impurities in other electric pump conveying media does not exceed 3%;
● Power frequency is 50Hz, voltage is single-phase AC 220V, three-phase AC 380V, and voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value;
