Product Overview
The HQX full-head submersible pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: a water pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located below the motor and is a centrifugal double-suction cast iron impeller and volute structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a stuffing box oil seal is used between the water pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses an oil-resistant rubber "O" ring as a static seal. The pump shaft uses a stainless steel friction welded shaft to ensure that the shaft has reliable mechanical strength, improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and facilitate the disassembly and installation of the impeller during maintenance.
Uses
This series of electric pumps are widely used for removing industrial accumulated water, building construction water supply and drainage, landscape spraying, clear water pumping in aquaculture, and water supply in other occasions.
Conditions of Use
● Medium temperature does not exceed +40℃;
● Medium PH value is 4-10;
● The solid content ratio of solid particles in the medium does not exceed 3%;
● The maximum submergence depth of the water pump does not exceed 5m
● The density of the transported medium ≤1.3x10 3kg/m3;
● The power supply voltage of the water pump during operation is the rated voltage, and the fluctuation range is ±10%.
