

Product Overview
The WQ(D)-D small sewage and sludge submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: a water pump, a seal, and an electric motor. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The water pump is located below the motor and has a semi-open impeller and volute structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a skeleton oil seal is used between the water pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses an oil-resistant rubber "O" ring for static sealing. The entire pump uses stainless steel bolts. The electric pump has a built-in temperature-type protector to prevent the electric pump from burning out.
Applications
This series of electric pumps are used for drainage in basements, municipal engineering, pumping of high-viscosity rainwater, pumping of construction site slurry, domestic sewage discharge, aquaculture sewage discharge, and other water supply and drainage occasions.
Features
● Non-clogging impeller design: It can exert maximum drainage function for sewage containing solid or fibrous materials;
● High-precision motor with all-copper coil, high efficiency, and stable characteristics;
● Built-in temperature-type thermal protector in the motor: Prevents the water pump from burning out during abnormal operation such as overload and jamming;
● All pump casing materials are gray cast iron HT200, which can withstand large loads and impact;
● The outlet of the entire series of electric pumps can be connected to flexible pipes and rigid pipes (the rigid pipe threaded interface is G1.5);
● 1.1kW and 1.5kW can be optionally equipped with national standard flange pump body joints for use with coupling elbows.
Operating Conditions
● The pump frequency is 50Hz, and the voltage is 220V single-phase AC and 380V three-phase AC;
● The voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value;
● The operating ambient temperature is 0~40℃, and the conveyed medium temperature does not exceed +40℃;
● The density of the conveyed medium ≤1.3x103kg/m3;
● The solid content ratio of solid particles in the medium does not exceed 3%;
● Submersion depth does not exceed 5m;
● The PH value of the conveyed medium is between 4-10.
