Product Overview

The Q(D)X-B stainless steel submersible electric pump (hereinafter referred to as the electric pump) consists of three parts: a pump, a seal, and a motor. The motor is located at the top of the electric pump and is a single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump is located below the motor and has a centrifugal impeller and volute structure. A double-end face mechanical seal plus a stuffing box oil seal is used between the pump and the motor. The mechanical seal acts as a dynamic seal, and each fixed mouth seal uses an oil-resistant rubber "O" ring as a static seal. The entire pump uses stainless steel bolts, and the pump casing is electrophoretically treated to effectively isolate air and water, prevent oxidation, and extend service life.

 

Applications

This series of electric pumps are widely used for seawater aquaculture aeration and drainage, well water pumping, farmland irrigation, garden watering, spraying, household water supply, and other water supply and drainage occasions.

 

Features

● The motor uses a new sealing structure, which has good sealing performance and ensures that it will not be damaged during assembly.

● Stainless steel material, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, beautiful appearance, compact structure;

● Using stainless steel connecting shaft, PPO impeller and cast iron impeller for corrosion resistance;

● Standard built-in Brand overload thermal protector, effectively preventing motor burnout;

 

Operating Conditions

● The electric pump operates continuously and normally under the following operating conditions.

● The temperature of the water source is less than 40°℃.

● The pH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5.

● The power frequency is 50Hz, the voltage is 220V single-phase AC, 380V three-phase AC, and the voltage fluctuation range is ±10% of the rated value.

● The water contains less than 0.1% solid impurities, the particle size is no more than 0.2mm, and the submersion depth does not exceed 5m.
